Loose and Tight CR Marketing’s Work Culture

We have a Clan Culture. Everyone here is very friendly. Things like relationships, morale, participation, and consensus take center stage. In terms of leadership, CRM partners (Kathy and Joe) are looked to as mentors; they don’t act as figureheads who dish out instructions and reprimands. They assign tasks but they are very collaborative.

People working here genuinely enjoy working together. They have great communication with each other. Existing staffers don’t mind being asked by new ones how to do something or being asked twice–but they get annoyed if asked a third time. 🙂

We are also cognizant that too much collaboration or unnecessary chatter, can send our productivity into a nosedive. So we are often thinking to ourselves, “does this help get things done quicker and better? Is what I’m doing right now benefiting our clients?”

  1. Joe here, I think in the last few years employees have become so desperate to find workers they’ve given too much attention on making their workplace fun. I like our companies work / fun balance, I like that it clearly focuses on building our clients revenue. That might explain our average client has been with our firm longer that 10 years.
